We had SUCH a fun summer of Fitness in the Park!! These "for fun" classes were held every Friday morning at 9:30 AM and were FREE for all Summit County locals.
The class generally consisted of a quick warm-up, stretches, a thirty minute cardio segment utilizing the Carter Park stairs, some High Intensity Interval Training and ending in a yoga vinyasa flow! Combined with the BEAUTIFUL scenery of Carter Park, the smiles of so many fun locals, and a sweaty and energizing workout proved to be the perfect treat every Friday morning!
